There is a restaurant of the same name with an open kitchen on the ground floor of The Alchemist Hotel. The menu includes Russian and European classics, these are well-known dishes in new, but sometimes very unexpected readings. The restaurant team decided to move away from excessive creativeness and focus on comfort food, with a special emphasis on farm and local seasonal products. Many dishes are grilled here.

Breakfast at The Alchemist is a whole ritual that makes every day special. The a la carte menu includes morning classics from around the world – several variations of porridge, egg dishes, sandwiches, blini, cheesecakes and much more. Guests can «assemble» their own breakfast by choosing a variety of additives to the main course. The assortment also includes the freshest flaky pastry of our own production. Drinks include freshly squeezed juices, tea and coffee, which can be prepared with alternative milk on request. To make the morning even more pleasant, guests will be offered sparkling wine.

The interior of the restaurant is designed in an eclectic style that harmoniously combines modern design trends and true vintage. Every detail – from lighting to table textiles – sets the accent in a huge open space with panoramic windows and an abundance of natural light. Eclecticism emphasizes the spirit of the place and creates a truly unique atmosphere that encourages communication, relaxation and gastronomic discoveries.
